I was expecting better, honestly. The quality feels cheap, and after going through the effort of ordering it and setting everything up, it just didn’t feel worth it

I ordered from Graflantz and, to be fair, the communication was solid. I got my confirmation fast, and when I asked about shipping, they didn’t leave me hanging too long. My only gripe is the tracking update took longer than it should’ve, so that’s kind of on them. Still, the whole thing went smoothly enough, and I’d probably order from them again

Overall, it’s a nice bag and I really liked the look of the wool felt. But am I the only one who thought the leather felt a little thin? It’s still a good bag, I just wish the fabric/materials felt a bit more substantial...

I don’t remember every little detail of the delivery, but I do remember being relieved when I opened it. The package was in good shape, everything was wrapped nicely, and there weren’t any dented corners or loose pieces rattling around. Simple packaging, but it did the job really well.

I ordered my usual size and, thankfully, it actually fit the way it was supposed to. Not too tight, not weirdly baggy, just right. it shouldn’t be this rare to get a good fit, but I’m happy with it
